[Resolved] Vodafone India — Plan is not activated and refunded less amount than deducted. | |||
Actually got a message from Vodafone saying that if you recharge with 155 you will get a 3G data of 1Gb instead 2G data. So I used USSD code and from my main balance 2G plan is activated there are not activated 3G data plan. So I called customer care and I have given complaint they process after 1 week and Now they are refunding only 138 talk time. But 155 rs is deducted from my main balance and they are refunding only 138. When I asking this question the guy who called me to process this complaint has simply put down the call and I am not able to call back also. And he is not giving the answer properly he shouting on me. When I recharge itself it will deduct some amount like if you recharge with 180 you will get 160 (around) now again I am loosing 12 rs extra. Was this information helpful? | |||
