Vodafone India — plan upgrade without my consent | |||
Vodafone cx since 2007. My voda #[protected]Lifetime postpaid-0 rental plan) has been upgraded to red basic inr 299 without my consent. No call, no msg, no email from voda regarding plan change. Wrote 2 emails to "vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com" but no response. On top of that, there is no voda network in my locality. Why should i go for 299 plan, when i can't use the network. Now that i have not paid the bills, they are sending me emails again and again. For a bill payment, they can send emails, but for plan upgrade, they can't send an email. And they also know that there is a network problem. I called cx service twice. They did not do anything. What i want is, the old bill as per my old plan, waive off the new bill and i will convert it to prepaid. Was this information helpful? | |||
