Vodafone India — Plan666 changed to Plan499 without any request from my side and bill of Rs. 4816/- raised for September month.

Sir, This is with reference to my mobile No.[protected] in the name of Satish Bhatia Advocate, that I may bring into your kinde notice that I am using Vodafone Plan666 in which 1.5GB 3G dATA, 1000 SMS AND 1500 Min local and National calling free . The said plan has been activated on my No.[protected] in the first week of August Month . I paid the bill for august month in september according to the said plan of 666 . But in the Beginning of september the Vodafone company changed the above said plan of 666 to Plan499 in which no internet free facility is available. And now the rent for september is Rs. 4816/- in which charges of internet is Rs 3502/- and other charges about 200-300 (approx) which is not legal and proper . Correspondence is going on with Nodal officer and Appellate Authority of vodafone but no satisfactory answer is given and they are not ready to waive the excess amount . You are requested to please look into the matter and waive the said amount which is not proper and legal . The even not having any proof of request from my side .
