Vodafone India — Poor connectivity and poort customer care | |||
This is to bring to your notice that I am a customer for Vodafone mobile and wi-fi. I and my family lives in Naraina, new delhi and for the past few months, we are face a lot of network problem with our connection on mobile as well as wi-fi in our house. We have approached your branch (E-block Naraina) near our house complaining for same. We requested for a booster to be installed, to which we were advised that booster is given only if the customer has minimum 10 mobile connections. Just to bring to your notice, we have 12 connections and 2 wi-fi, and everytime we are given a excuse that the request is sent to the head office and waiting response. Its now over 6 months of suffering and now we are forced to make some decision.
