Vodafone India — Poor customer service | |||||
I am vodafone user since you people launched your cellular services in india.My vodafone post paid number is[protected] which is having a 3G connection and i am having another add on number[protected]. Despite giving complaint n number of times regarding the poor signal quality in our billing address area to your customer care department and our relationship manager no body giving positive response and resolve the issue.My latest complaint number is[protected].This is fourth time i am receiving a call from your customer care by saying your are filling a complaint and it will take another 72 hours to resolve. No body to bother to visit at my billing address to rectify the problem nor from your technical department.I am really fed up from your customer services and i do not wish to continue the services with your company because my business is suffered. This is my humble request to you people kindly resolve my complaint from immediately effect other wise i will stop using your number/services and switch over to another cellular company under number portability scheme. Looking forward the prompt reply from your side ! I tell you a simple procedure First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care.
If they don't solve the problem then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.
The link is http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx .
Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
My problem was quickly resolved following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
