[Resolved] Vodafone India — poor customer service | |||
I was trying to add my vodafone sim to red family plan and am trying to do it for the past several months, visited vodafone stores couple of times and called cc numerous times wasting my time and energy. Everytime i get the same response but nothing ever moved. Am paying extra cost for almost more than 4 to 5 months. Its a customer service is too poor not sure if it's really the people in there or something else which needs to be fixed.. Was this information helpful? | |||
