[Resolved] Vodafone India — Poor Customer Servive and Misleading Info. | |||
I have been given wrong information by your representative that my data balance will be carry forward as I had recharged for Rs1255 for 10 GB and remaining balance was 3 GB which was going to expire on 12th after 2 days but when i recharge today with 255 my data was not carry forward.I need you to add the remaining data (3gb) to my account.Also, your agents are hanging up on me and not giving solution. Extremely dissatisfied by your team and support provided. How can you hang up on customer without providing solution to his/her quarry? Moreover, your Customer care is paid call...
