Vodafone India — poor network and no resolution | |||
Hi, I have been contacting Vodafone postpaid care for network issues in my area. Network is missing in my phone half of the times and too much fluctuations. Forget about the internet, basic calling is difficult here and i am paying them 399 INR per month Here is thr response i got after so many complaints and follow ups: * As discussed, the investigation has provided the following information “Weak coverage strength observed indoor 2G/3G/4G network. Your location surrounded by dense clutter, optimization will not help to improve coverage indoor.” * By the way, strange is that without visiting my place, they know my indoor network situations. Even if I stand in open balcony, network issues are there. And there are bo tall buildings around. Don't know which place they visited and how they came up with this observations.
