Vodafone India — Poor Network Coverage | |||||
This is regarding Vodafone Poor Network Coverage, My Mobile Now is [protected] and I lodge a first complaint regarding network Issue on 17th Oct'16, wherein My complaint number was[protected] and I got revert by 29th Oct'15 that we understand there is a problem with Network in your Area and we are working on this, by or before 20th Dec'15 this will get resolved. I waited but no Joy, I was also engaged but than again I reminded that Vodafone has given me time till 20th Dec, I should check again with them as I can't see any improvement. Then again I lodge a complaint on 4th Feb'16 looping in CEO of Vodafone Mr. Sunil Sood, regarding the same but again I got revert that it will get resolved before 20th Feb'16 but no joy. Again I wrote to Vodafone on 29th Feb and asked them for the update, as per revert, they have assigned another docket No[protected] and gave me assurance that someone will visit and resolve this issue. I wrote again on 1st Mar'16 that the kind of commitment has given to me earlier than well but your engineer are not visiting me on my address to help me with this. I am tired of complaining and I gave up now. Vodafone is providing such a pathetic service even I can't express in words. I don't have any hopw now as when I looped in Vodafone CEO and warn them on the emails that If concern doesn't get resolved, I'll have to take help from Social Media.
