Vodafone India — Poor service shutting out before giving solution | |||
Today i called vodafone customer care 5 times for my network problem as my network was showing busy all he time my dad has the same problem i tried to complaint about he problem some executive shuted me out and others keep me hold for half an hour and no one speaked properly if i asked about their name and said i would complaint about them then they shuted out and didn't old me their name and they transfered the call to network department fr the problem nd they r much worse then the customer care complaint they kept me waiting for almost 1 hour and didn't replied back the date of the indecent is 03/04/2016 some executives told me their name as gyan and anuj from spelnet on behalf of vodafone and the other one who shuted me out from network department was inder from vodafone i am extremely unsatisfied by their customer care and the network there vodafone ministore in surya nagar ghaziabad 201011 is not compatible for doing any thing on a right time we have to traver 10 to 15 km just to get to a vodafone large store for getting any service on time Was this information helpful? | |||
