Vodafone India — portability related issues | |||
Hi sir madam, i have made a port request on 14th nov'17 with the port no : va182641. Late on 15th nov i got a call from vodafone office to check what was the issue for port. I have confirmed that the network problem & tariff to the executive, later he assured that it will be resolved in a day time. After this i was waiting for the port to be done but it was not happened, when i have checked with the vodafone they confirm that, it was rejected due to backend team confirmed that to do. Again i got a call from vodafone to inform me that i will get a 90rs waiver, for the same i said ok. Later i got a bill of -37/-rs on dec 1st, immediately i have sent a request for port & paid another 50/-rs, total of 87/-rs with the port no va236274. Again i have called on 11th dec to vodafone & came to know that again the port has been rejected due to insufficient balance, and explained me that they have taken the 90rs waiver back because i have kept the port request again. Also i spoke to ms. Revathi and she was very rude with me and kept my call on hold. So i have register the complaint in vodafone against her[protected]. Again i spoke to ms. Shirisha and she said she will try the best to activate the post & give the complaint no[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
