Vodafone India — Post to Pre | |||
I had filled porting form on 5 october 2016 for porting of my number [protected] from postpaid to Prepaid at Vodafone center at New Fatehpura Road, near UTI office, Udaipur by Mr Umar (center Official). I was instructed to pay an amount, which Mr Umar had calculated and on paying the amount, MR Umar gave me a new sim and assured me that the porting will be done in another 3 to 4 days. The best part was it was not done till 12 October for which when I contacted customer care and i was shocked to hear that my application is not processed for which I lodged a complaint. Since 12 october innumerable times i am contacting the 198 complaints section. Absolutely annoying response i get, that the amount you have paid is less, you pay the remaining and it will be done. I had not decided the amount that i have to pay, it was decided by the appropriate authority sitting in the recognised vodafone office, then why should i pay extra at the mistake of the vodafone official. I want the porting to be done without any extra cost and the vodafone should be careful in appointing officials who are so careless. Also at the vodafone customer care, the customer care executives should be helpful and not supporting the wrong thing done by the executive at vodafone center and CHEAT customers Vodafone office people are CHEATING customers, vodafone should get this wrong practice stopped. I demand justice, porting of my number [protected] with added compensation for the mental torture they have done to me. If it doesnt stop here and settle at this stage, i will be forced to approach Consumer Forum Court and Switch to other network Was this information helpful? | |||
