[Resolved] Vodafone India — postpaid bill plan change but given wrong bill | |||||
My number [protected], megha r kohsy I was having vodafone 1299 plan but after speaking to the customer service of which i have proof and got my plan chnaged to 699plan and canceled the red family plan but last month they generated my bill on 1299 again which is just not don. We went to the store at sarat bose road kolkata, but the store manager was pathetic. I dont mind paying but please sort my bill first. Was this information helpful? | |||||
