Vodafone India — Postpaid billing and wrong commitment | |||||
This complaint is regarding of my postpaid connection. I applied at Vodafone store for postpaid connection. They show me plan of 499 + texes with benefit of 1500 local * national calling, 500 SMS, 1 GB 3g data. But after generation of bill it was showed in bill that in my plan I have only 1500 local minutes, 150 SMS and 1 GB 3g data. The execute told me wrong plan for just selling a connection . I called at 198 for complaints and they told me that u have to register your complain at the same store where you got connection. I visited on the same store and the same executive told me the it was a communication mistake by me and now I can't to any thing, if you want you can change the plan otherwise go with the same . And now they change my plan without confirmation with me. This is very wrong and if it is not sloved I will take some strict action. Please solve the same as soon as possible.
