[Resolved] Vodafone India — postpaid plan changed without informing | |||
I didn't receive any mail regarding the expiry of my plan (Rs 199) and vodafone didn't asked my consent to activate any higher value plan (Rs 299). The plan change was done from back-end as told by vodafone customer care person. I had raised a complaint on 24 january ref#3-[protected]. The complaint was dismissed without providing any solution. If the plan expired it cannot be again reactivated after 26 days. Extra charge is around 90 rupees which is not a joke! I mailed but didnot get any reply. When contacted they say they cannot refund because i already paid bill, this is a lame excuse and i think it is vodaphones responsibilty to credit the amount in my account. I am really disappointed with the service and want you to look into the matter seriously and refund the charges imposed asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

In my village a tower near my house but there no signal strength . It seems that he does not run the tower properly. plz check that .
