[Resolved] Vodafone India — postpaid to prepaid conversion | |||
Hello team, I have sent an sms p2p my 10 digit mobile number to 199 for converting my postpaid connection to a prepaid one and received this message. "hi! You have entered the wrong keyword. Please enter the desired keyword and sms to 199". It has been told that i would receive a confirmation message and a call from vodafone within 2 days for confirmation.
