[Resolved] Vodafone India — Potability | |||
Dear Team, I have been trying to port out from Vodafone from last 1 month. I have tried 4 times and all 4 times it has got rejected due to contractual obligations. I have spoken to the customer care executives number of times. One of the executive even said that I had to pay 10 Rupees and because of 10 Rupees portability was not possible. I cleared that amount immediately. Now I relay feel cheated and harassed by Vodafone. I really don't understand when TRAI has given consumers the option to port why I denied by Vodafone 4 times. This is really harassment to the customers. Portability is necessary due to network issues. I have communicated to 8 to 9 customer care executives about this. Really I am fedup calling the customer care . Really did not expect this kind of response from Vodafone. I want vodafone to take note of this an expect an immediate action. Kindly revert by email and a call back for my portability. I am even ready to pay advance to Vodafone for portability.. Was this information helpful? | |||
