Vodafone India — prepaid amount not credited. vodafone store person very rude | |||||
Dear team, I was trying to move my postpaid connection to prepaid and approached the vodafone store at chromepet. They told me that i should make a mandatory payment of 229 for first time prepaid mobile recharge. However when i tried checking the status of my mobile i realised that no recharge has been done. I called customer care for the same and they had given me the chromepet vodafone store number [protected] When i tried calling this number, a man picked up and started shouting at me telling why are calling me again and again, i am just working for vodafone am not at store and something and all. He didn't even ask me what was the issue not gave ears to ask what and why am i calling. It's so pathetic that we approach the vodafone store to get things resolved and rather they make us pay money but do not reflect the same as the payment made and above which talk very rude. Please support getting the amount 229 payment made reflected to my account. As well vodafone store personnel being so rude has given me a real mind block and made me suffer for 1 full day Was this information helpful? | |||||
