[Resolved] Vodafone India — Prepaid connection cancelled without my approval | |||
Hello, This is regarding my complaint to Vodafone who cancelled my prepaid sim connection since last 9 years. Vodafone sent a message that this number is old and they will cancel this number however I have not approved or do not wish to change my number still Vodafone has deactivated my sim number. How can vodafone can do this without costumer approval that to with that connection which I was using since long. Request to resolve this matter. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
