Vodafone India — Problem With Verification | |
I am deeply disappointed with Vodafone verification cell. First they came to my old address in Gurgaon, which was my fault to give. However, Later on I provided a new address, which is detailed below, for reverification. Flat # 404, Retech Apartments, Sector 21C, Faridabad - 121001 (New Address) I was initially given 48 hours window for reverification. This was revised to 72 hours when 48 hours could not be met. Worse part is that I called on 12.00 PM on 30/08/2014, it was told that please wait till 12.11 PM then only we will get update. At 12.18 PM when I called again (with in 18 mins.) my reverification magically appeared in system that too again negative. I am sitting home from last two days just for reveirifction and no one came. Later when I enquired again they said person came contacted Alok (name of care taker at old address) and reverification came negative. If you are doing reverification at old address ofcourse it will come negative, then why did I gave new address. To just waste 3 days to do nothing. Raised issue with grievance cell and hope they are not as useless. Was this information helpful? | |
