Vodafone India — promised a refund and nothing has been done about | |||||
Hi had in error activated ir on the on 25th oct i'm error via the app. Within 3mins of the activation i called the customer care where mr. Ahil anil kumar answer my query where clearly promised a refund of 2500/- which was a activation charge as i have not used the service he also informed that refund can be processed once the bill is generated. Than i got a survey to which i rated him 9 everywhere. Than i call back after my bill was generated. Where a supervisor call sameer answered the call who was very very rude who denied the refund stating that is not the process. As a consumer i don't care what the process is. If some one has promised something and also left a note in black and white how can u go back on the promise. I have been a customer since last 20 years paid bill above 5000 and the the question is not of 2500 but it is a question of promise made... I have been through lot inconvenience because of vodafone and i want compensation for everything as they just lie and cheat when it come to making money... Manager are rude reps don't know what they are doing and top it all decline a promise made. I need this issue resolved or will file a case as i have the recording and their own notes to support me Was this information helpful? | |||||
