[Resolved] Vodafone India — PROVIDING WRONG INFORMATION | |||
i have been offer 500mb of 2g data for 3 months against my security deposit of 250 rupees which i paid as a porting charge...and for that i got a call from vodafone when my number was activated...so i started using the internet and i used lesser than the upper limit even though they billed for my internet uses. then i logged a complaint for this and then mr gulwant singh floor manager of vodafone customer care is saying that there was no call from vodafone for that offer.he even denied that vodafone provides such offer.and after explaining all the situations of earlier complaints he is saying that you have to pay. Mr Gulwant Sing is saying that i am telling lie he is saying true.and in any circumstances i will have to pay the bill which i havent used for. thank you RAHUL KUMAR Was this information helpful? | |||
