[Resolved] Vodafone India — Providing wrong information | |||
Dear sir; I am a Vodafone customer and my mobile no is [protected]. I recharged my number with the 97 which is an internet pack 1GB 2G data for 28 days. But from Vodafone website and there when I entered rs 97 then it will automatically change into 98 and recharge of 98 was done on my mobile number, which is not an internet pack. I have submitted Snapshot and receipt also. When I call to customer care then they told me that you only get the 98 rupees on your mobile. But yet they have not resolved my problem.
