Hi my name is Rahul S Nair having Vodafone no- [protected] on last 6years. I’m very upset by Vodafone Company, because I had a complaint to Vodafone in last May regarding my network issues at home location (Trivandrum, Konniyoor). It’s been more than 1 month since I am following up on the complaint but no one had been able to reply back to me. Whenever I call to them they say the tower in your area is under maintenance and will take time. There is more than 50customers facing the same problem but Vodafone still silent. They are trying to make customers fool. Pathetic service. They are just looting the customers as there is no one to question them. We need a solution for this issue.
