Vodafone India — Re: wrong billing for my number | |||||
Vodafone has charged me NMNP charges for the amount of 3146.64 rs without any base support in month of DEC billing. Now this card was transferred on 16 SEP and this charges has been added in DEC billing, I don't understand the reason behind that. Also there was no notification from Vodafone for the outstanding amount on email or phone, and without any intimation they have added charges. For the same I am chasing them since last 3 months on their complaint number, emails and Vodafone care centers. I have spend plenty of time and money for the same and issue is still not resolved. Suddenly today they have shutdown the card though mistake was happened from their end I am suffering from last 3 months. Seeking for a justice... Was this information helpful? | |||||
