[Resolved] Vodafone India — received sms with otp for activation of cell number | |||
I have received an sms from Vodafone Care, with OTP number to activate connection for cell number [protected], need to share this OTP with the retailer. This looks to be a fraud message as I have not purchased any new mobile connection from Vodafone. It appears someone has used my documents and my mobile number to apply for New Mobile connection with Vodafone. Request to please take this issue with Vodafone to discard the connection request and take appropriate action on the person who submitted fake documents and my mobile number.
