[Resolved] Vodafone India — recharge and balance | |||
Horrible service by vodafone. I have recharged my number with 100rs and the balance is 30rs. If i call to the vodafone care some lady doesn't even know why it is in negative balance and gives irrelevant answers. They are fooling us. So many people have complained on social media.. Nobody is bothered to even resolve. When they say they are service providers.. And not servicing the customers. Why should they be existing. My daughter also had recharged international roaming of 3000rs something and the outgoing calls never worked there. Horrible service.
