Vodafone India — recharge failure but money not refund

Yesterday, i tried to online recharge in mobile no.[protected] from my mobile no.[protected].. But is shown failed. Then i did again by idea phone and recharges done successfully. I did payment through net banking of rs.95/- kindly refund the same. Transaction id is below, on dtd.30.12.2018, time 11.30.08
