I checked internet offers and found 376 - 2GB 3G and I heard there are some changes in 3G packs to confirm that I called 198 but nobody tended to answer my call I had been waiting for more than half an hour. Then I checked in USSD there I found that 376 - 2GB 3G data with 28 days validity. After recharging I got only 1.8GB. So I called 198 and asked then they said as their details have not been updated yet and supposed me to call after half an hour. I did as they said but nobody attend my call. After two days(today: 13 Aug 2015) called and asked he says as he sent messages to everyone about the price change but still he refused to answer for their mistake in USSD offers list. Daily I'm traveling to Chennai in train but half of the place the network will be not reachable, even if reached net will not get connect (chengalpattu and tambaram station while train stops for 5mins too). I know Vodafone was a great network with decent offers and decent support and decent signal. But NOT NOW. Please resolve this problem and do needful for me. Thank you!
