[Resolved] Vodafone India — recharge not worked | |||
i have recharged my no. [protected], with a roaming pack of rs.72 between 10th-15th june, dont have the transaction id, , also chatted with a agent online, they are too dumb to talk, i did it simply by typing *444*972# which is mentioned on the website my balance was deducted, and still i have been charged on incoming calls which is ridiculous. already wasted more than rs.300 on recharge, i need a total explaination why this happened or i want my money back, never thought that a company like vodafone make me face such a inconvenience. so fake.the advisor has told me its not recharged because i have didi it wrong, he said it should be *444*72#. i have a screenshot of your online page which shows to type *444*972# and which means am not stupid, i don't know how this company is still running, you can't fool customers. really tired of this stupidity, i have faced a lot, and i'll take legal actions as well.
