Vodafone India — recharge online but still cannot make calls from mobile | |||
Today, i recharged online my mobile with rs, 30/-. However, i still cannot make calls,. Checking with 111, it states that incoming and outgoing calls are barred even though there is a balance of approx rs. 22/- tried calling [protected] three times to speak to their cc staff, they disconnect the call after making me wait for around 2 mins. I normally do not recharge online but as all the stores are closed, have to do so. Further, had recharged on wednesday with rs. 47/- on another vodafone number, sent a complaint mail to their email address but no reply till now. Was this information helpful? | |||
