Vodafone India — Recharge regarding

I have done recharge on 14th April 2017 of rs. 347 on my mobile number [protected] but according this recharge I don't take benefits from Vodafone. I complained many time in Vodafone store and to customer care also regarding this recharge but not resolved this problem by Vodafone. I suffered from 4 to 5 days. Please consider my problem. Thanx
