[Resolved]  Vodafone India — recharge successful but plan is not activated

Address:Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, 629157

I recharged my account[protected] at 1:28pm. Transaction also successful. Rs.399 also deduced from my account. But the plan is not activated in my number. I called customer care service they said we will check and call back. But they didn’t call back. They didn’t take any action.Please solve my problem. Either refund or recharge my account.
After this all recharge are successfully done and plans are activated. This plan only not activated. Customer care also worst they don’t give proper response. They are cheaters.
