Vodafone India — recharge was successful but recharge benefits were not given | |
On 08/07/2019, at 12:50 am, i did a successful recharge of rs. 398 on my vodafone mobile number. Transid onr[protected] I also got sms of recharge success from vm-vfcare. Yet i havent received the recharge benefits (1gb per day data and free calls and sms). Also my outgoing validity is showing till 11/07/2019 which should be increased for 84 days. Today I recharge on my . And I got 90ruppes balance on my phone now the balance is zero number is [protected]

Vodafone has activated some CRBT subscription to my account without informing or asking whether or not I want this service to be activated. Also they are deducting money from my prepaid balance for this service.
I need them to deactivate this service and refund for the total amount they have charged.
