Hi
I recently recharged with 3G data for 101 rupees on 13-Oct-15. They offered me 500MB insteed of 300MB data for 28 days with this recharge. On 28-oct I recived a message that I have utilized 50% of the data of 500MB. On the same day got a message that I have utilized 90% of the data. I checked with customer care for the same and they were not ready to explain about how it suddenly changed the % from 50 to 90. When I checked the total data has changed from 500MB to 300MB.
I tried to explain this to customer care executive, they were not ready to listen my complaint.
