Vodafone India — red shield | |||
As part of vodafone red tariff plan, i am eligible for red shield (Handset insurance). I registered a claim on 1st may, it has been 28 days the complaint has not been resolved and vodafone customer care suggest they cannot do anything in this regard as this is managed by partners. Since, vodafone is offering this service it is their responsibility that partners are offering proper service to vodafone's customer not customer's liability to run behind different customer care to get the issue resolved.
