[Resolved]  Vodafone India — red shield insurance not repairing my device and kept for 3 months

Hi team,

I am in trouble and facing issue with the mobile repair that was provided by vodafone red shield. They have kept my device for around 3 months and not repaired till now.
If by luck i get chance to speak with customer care agent they give me the date ahead of 15 days that this will be repaired by then. This has happened to me twice.
