[Resolved] Vodafone India — refund for auto migrated plan | |
I am a vodafone customer since long long time. My phone number is [protected]. This month my plan got auto migrated from 125 rental to 299 rental without any intimation to me. I repeat there was no intimation. Now i have been billed for 299 plan which is something i don't want and i haven't used. Mind you, this is the second time this is happening. I talked to your customer care and they openly admitted of the plan being auto migrated. So don't give me any more # regarding this. Last time this happened, my charges were reversed back to my old rental and that is what should be done now. If you guys still come up with some crap excuses (Which i am used to), i am going to find people whom you have looted similarly and file a joint fir and show you guys the power of social media.
