I had tried for an online recharge of rs 399 (56 days) on 21st december 2019. Though the amount was debited from my account, it was not activated. I complained to the customer care on 23rd december and i was assured the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I again contacted the customer care on 31st dec. Who asked me to wait for an hour. I waited for 2 days and since then has been calling every alternate day. Unfortunately, my refund has not yet been made. I request immediate action in this regard.
