I was using postpaid connection. Later on i switched to prepaid connection.
I had deposited Rs.250/- as security at the time of applying for postpaid connection
At time of closure, i settled all the dues. I paid excess by Rs.80 (approx).
When my prepaid connection got activated, i received a confirmation msg that i will be refunded Rs. 330(approx).
But i have not received any such ssum till date.
Kindly resolve the issue.
