[Resolved] Vodafone India — refund of rs. 250 security deposit | |||
Hi there, i am kusum, vodafone customer. Recently i migrated from vodafone postpaid to prepaid. I was told that my security deposit will be refunded within sixty days. But opposite to that, out of rs.250 only rs. 177 is refunded. How is this possible when i have already paid all my dues. Either specify the reason or refund the full amount. This is the message i got from vodafone: "hello, we have successfully credited the refund amount of rs. 177.72 for your postpaid mobile number 999*02 to your new prepaid account on[protected] thank you" Relationship no is.[protected] Either specify the reason or refund the full amount.
