Hi, I have not yet got refund of security deposit of Rs. 500/- for post paid mobile number [protected] in the name of Kiran Kumar G Vyas. It has been over 3-4 months since I have migrated from post paid to prepaid service. I have also wrote sever emails & called customer care as a reminder to refund my security deposit. I am a senior citizen aged 70 yrs. I cannot run around them and also not in a position to visit their store to complain. Now I am fed up of this as I have not got any response from them. I would urge your goodself to help me in getting refund back. I am enclosing a screenshot of number of mails sent to Vodafone for your reference. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I tell you a very simple solution.
Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.
The link is http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx .
Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
I was able to get a refund of Rs 3000 from Vodafone following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
