Vodafone India — Refund of security/delayed disconnection | |||||
I have never seen a dishonest and in ethical organisation like vodafone, I have used vodafone for 7 years, mobile no [protected] and vodafone is treating me in ethically and doing cheating with me. We had given termination request no[protected], for vodafone no submitted on 6th feb 2016 at ansal plaza service center of vodafone, (Service request[protected], It is good that i have finally disconnected my connection with vodafone for which i will never apply in my lifetime ever again for its dishonest billing and poor services. - vodafone deliberately delayed my disconnection request giving me various offers which i kept on denying, and so my disconnection was not executed on 6th february (Despite clearly telling vodafone that i will not accept any charges for 7th february on my account..And will treat vodafone in ethical on not disconnecting the phone on 6th february after my request.) - my extra payment of 190/- rupees is till date not refunded by vodafone. Vodafone has not given any cheque for my refund, vodafone has again proved that it ia an inethical and cheat company
