Vodafone India — REG: Mental and Physical Harassment and Service termination.

This is in reference with my mobile number [protected]. Name : Rahul Mathur First of all the customer service executive are not able to come up with any sort of solution to my problem. Last week I was travelling to Dubai from the 13th till the 19th. Before leaving I had activated my international roaming services on number. From the 13th till the 17th of December my services we working normally. On the 18th morning, there was a no service message displayed on phone. On enquiry, on which my call was transferred to 3 different people all of which had no or half information about my issue and took a total of 24 mins on an international call, I found out that my unbilled amount had exceeded my credit limit of Rs. 9000, unbilled amount stated Rs. 13000. This was told by Ms. Kanchan at Vodafone Care[protected]. After making some calls I had arranged for a total payment of Rs. 9000 and made the same upon which my services were resumed in the next 2 hours. On the 19th morning, my services were again restricted and the no service message was being displayed. I could not understand this as I had made the payment requested by Vodafone Care and I couldn't spend another 24 mins on international roaming from a landline trying to find a reason. Today morning I landed in Delhi at 4am and got to know my outgoing also was barred. Upon speaking with one of your executives at 6 in the morning, to which he had no answer for and told me to call after 8am only upon which he could understand what my problem was, forget about solving the same. Now finally at 4:30 pm, people at Vodafone care are telling me that I have an Unbilled amount of Rs. 37000!!! Again Mr. Surmeet from Vodafone care can't come up with a solution to this as my bill has not been generated and your senior executives are too busy to give a damn to my problem. I have been promised a call back but Im prepared for a no show. How is that possible since the past 2 days my services were not there and only 2-3 outgoing calls were made on the 18th. I want an immediate solution to this problem ASAP!!! I am not going to make any payment whatsoever until my bill is sorted out!!! Im filing a complaint in the Consumer Court as well for mental and physical harassment I had to go through in Dubai to get in touch with people. Also no warning had been given to me about barring my services, when I was abroad. My parents along with me were worried and troubled as there was no point of contact other than my phone. I had to make very expensive local calls from the hotel landline number, to which I'm sure Vodafone Care doesn't really Care for. Rahul Mathur [protected]
