Vodafone India — Regarding 3g pack activation without any intimation | |||
Dear sir, regarding 3g data plan activation in my post paid mobile no [protected], Vodafone customer care has been activated without any intimation /activation request . I have already communicated to deactivated the same plan.but they charges for the same in monthly bill, they activated the plan in my mobile number at 24th of june and deactivated the same at 6 th july, i have already mail to Vodafone customer care for the same and they reimbursed the extra bill regarding 3G pack activation at the date 24th to 30th but they do not agree to reimburse the bill from 1st july to 6 th july, they charges extra Rs 241 for the same in my current month bill, please look into the matter regards jit singha, [protected], [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
