Vodafone India — regarding activation of top doctors online service without approval | |||||
I have been charged inr 150 every month for the 'top doctors online' pack, which is not even useful for me in any way, and although i got my refund for the present month i. E., inr 150, that too after a stern discussion with the vodafone executive, a total of inr 535 (Inr 150 in june + inr 75 in july + inr 5 in july + inr 5 in july + inr 150 in august + inr 150 in september) has been deducted from my balance. The executive told me that my flash-notifications were turned off (I don't know why i'm still receiving them), so how is it possible that i activated the pack with my own will? I am a 22 year old guy with a perfectly sound health, and am not in the medicine - related profession. So i don't understand vodafone's logic of providing me that paid service. I have not even used that service yet, and don't know what the service is. This is a big breach of compliance from vodafone, and i want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
