Vodafone India — Regarding activation/deactivation of vodafone number after port | |||
I have recently Migrated from Idea to Vodafone on Dec 17th 2015. My Vodafone sim was activated and i started using it. Due to non payment with previous operator they have blocked my account. I have paid the balance amount to idea got the payment receipt. Feb6 th i have visited vodafone store and produced the payment receipt. they confirmed the payment and said it we reactivated in 1 hr and asked me restart my mobile every hour but no use. Even I was not able to call customer care from my phone. at 8pm on same day I had online chat and call with customer care they asked to visit vodafone customer as they didnt recieve any confirmation regarding payment. So, this confirms that we should not port to vodafone if you want online support. They have big network around the world, My vadofone APP, 24X& support. even though we need to walk personally to store .(not single time, multiple times) Even few people who are chat will reply with a default statements and doesn't give proper response Really i had a critical day where i need my number as i have given my number will all my clients and for that i have cleared the payment and visited vodafone store.
