Vodafone India — Regarding consumer number | |||||
Dear Sir or Madam, Myself is Surajit Misra, I have been using a Vodafone number that is [protected] since last 4-5 years. Last 3-4 months I did not make any call through this number, although the SIM card has been inserted within the mobile handset and showing full available network. Yesterday (15th February, 2017), I have made two recharges of 351.00 & 60.00 rupees for 3G data and top up respectively. But after that I could not use this number for internet or calling facilities. I have contacted with the operator’s customer care of Vodafone-West Bengal area, they have replied this number has been deactivated and issued by another person. But, there was no intimation from the operator side that this number is going to be deactivated. Then I had requested for refund of my money but they refused it.
