Vodafone India — Regarding data

I can't use my data but in vodafone app shows me you are across your internet limet and when i call custumer care they tell me your call can't resolved at this time
So call after 4 hours when i call 2nd time also told call again 4 hours i am call day by day but my query can not resolved
please help me for this compant
There is no oppton to me i will port my number [protected]
