Vodafone India — regarding deduction of balance | |||
I am having vodafone no from last 9 years. But i think vodafone dont need customers anymore. As at present time when companies are approaching the customers with attractive offers, vodafone is deducting the balance of customers without any reason. On 01.08.2019 vodafone has deducted my 30 rs without any reason. I called at your customer care 4 times & still my balance has not been refunded. First time when i called at your customer care around 9:30 pm the person told me to call after 4 hrs. Just imagine after 4 hrs time it would be 1:30 am. Now please tell if i have to call at 1:30 am in the morning at your customer care?? After that i called twice at customer care, your executive has not given me any solution. He said he can not refund the amount. Fourth executive said he is issuing the refund! Now my question is this if fourth executive can issue the refund then why first, second or third executive has not issued the same! Why they were saying they can not issue the refund! It means you people are just making fool your customers! You are just misleading your customers. If it will be continue like this i will definitely port my number as i am no more intersted in vodafone! Fyi i still have not received my refund!! Also your customer care executive dont give any proper solution. Every time executive tell us a new story with a new reason of charges & not able to resolve. Was this information helpful? | |||

Such a worst service by Vodafone.. unnecessarily balance getting deducted and when I call to CC they tell that I have subscribed for something or the other..and today it's even worse Rs.200 has been deducted again. I'm just fed up of this 😠
